Packages and day-by-day programmes
The planned editor brings together package content, day titles and descriptions. You remain responsible for assembling and confirming the programme and services.
We are preparing a dedicated Tour Operator workplace in HotelBookingManager, with an offer-based journey for travellers.
The package editor, operator onboarding and sales flow described here are planned. Contact us to discuss your requirements and availability.
The planned invitation flow gives each operator access to their own packages, without hotel or other operator menus.
The AppOwner enters the operator name and manager email address. The planned flow starts with a confirmation email.
The manager confirms the invitation received by email. Access follows the confirmed identity and operator permissions.
The planned menu contains Dashboard, Tour packages, Quote requests and Settings, scoped to your own operator.
Email remains an option. Where agreed, a Visit Online colleague can manage the same operator workplace on your behalf using an internal manager address. An external operator login is not a requirement.
The planned editor brings together package content, day titles and descriptions. You remain responsible for assembling and confirming the programme and services.
The planned content supports several images for each day, city or region. Only use images you have permission to publish; source and usage rights must be recorded.
Planned maps show the route, places to visit and intended stays. The issued quote confirms the final itinerary, accommodation and included services.
The planned editor and quote inbox use your own operator net rates and conditions. Traveller pricing is handled separately by the sales channel.
Travellers request an offer for the package and their requirements. The planned flow has no instant booking and charges nothing when the request is submitted.
Tours is planned as a separate HotelBinder product, with access per sales partner. Roomundo is the first intended channel; other OTAs can follow.
The planned journey is request → offer → traveller payment → written confirmation with the operator → final trip confirmation. A successful payment alone does not mean the trip is confirmed. Email remains an operator touchpoint.
Response times, offer validity, cancellation terms and supplier payment arrangements are specific to the operator and issued quote. We do not apply one operator’s conditions to all packages.
The intended workplace contains your own packages and quote requests. Hotel administration, other operators and private sales-channel finances are outside your access.
Already have an account? Use the existing sign-in. Operator invitations and activation are coordinated with Visit Online.
