2. Personal data we collect

We collect account registration details (name, email, organisation), hotel and property information, booking and availability data you enter, support messages, and technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.

We use personal data to provide and improve Hotel Booking Manager, authenticate users, manage properties and bookings, support distribution via roomundo.com and partner channels where you choose to publish, respond to support requests, monitor security, and meet legal obligations.

4. Legal bases

Depending on the processing, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the platform), legal obligations, and consent where required (for example for optional analytics or marketing cookies).

5. Who receives data

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure and service providers (for example AWS hosting, email delivery), with roomundo.com and distribution partners when needed to publish or fulfil inventory you manage, and with authorities when required by law.
