Terms of Service

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Visit Online B.V. when you use Hotel Booking Manager. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Hotel Booking Manager is a management and distribution platform for hoteliers and regional partners. It is not the traveler-facing booking website; travelers book via roomundo.com and other channels under their own terms.

2. Our role

Visit Online B.V. provides the Hotel Booking Manager software and related technology. You remain responsible for the accuracy of property, rate and availability information you publish, and for fulfilling bookings according to the applicable channel and guest conditions.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and ensure only authorised people access your account. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the software, or upload unlawful or infringing content.

4. Plans and fees

Hotel Booking Manager may be offered with a free entry option and, later, paid plans. Where fees apply, they will be shown before you subscribe. Feature limits may change with notice. Paid-plan details are not the primary offer today; contact us if you need more capacity.

5. Distribution and content

When you publish inventory to roomundo.com or partner channels through our stack, those channels’ own terms and traveler protections may also apply to guest bookings. You warrant that you have the rights to list the properties and rates you manage.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Visit Online B.V. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

7. Governing law and contact
